The 'Ride of Respect' started in 2020 and was founded by David Burrows, with the support of various local motorcycle enthusiasts.
The original purpose of the 'Ride of Respect' was to honour frontline workers and create community awareness about motorcycles on the road. The goal is to remind everyone to 'respect' traffic rules, ensuring the safety of all individuals as they travel to their destinations.
As the ride has evolved over the years, the Ride of Respect is to send the message of safety and respect for each other in our communities.
